I'm in indonesia

i have the unlock code for my Cliq MB200 T-Mobile, I buy cellphone and code on eBay.
Enter this #073887* and later enter my unlock code, my Moto Cliq say:

when i insert my sim card in the phone it keeps saying insert sim and the sim is already in. so i am unable to unlock my sell phone what must i do
