cant unlock media net on phone

I cant get the media net unlocked to add straight talk to APN how can I do this?
 
I believe you have to use a straight talk phone in order to use a straight talk phone. when purchased it should already be good to go on their network. If not you should return it(defective) and get a new one. If this isn't what you were trying to ask please try back with more info.
