Can't update but website shows that I have a update

My device Samsung Galaxy tab 2 10.1 won't show update but website shows there's update but when I try do it it tells me "no update available"

Those updates are close to 5 years old. I really doubt they'd still be pushing them out to legacy devices. If you want to upgrade to the latest you'll probably have to flash it manually.

If you're model is the GT-P5113 then these are your options.

That update isn't going to do much good, if anything.
Keep it where it's at and if it's running slow, clear the cache, or factory reset.

Similar. That firmware is here. As @Dannydet says, it's not going to do you too much good at this point. Your best bet to extend the life of the tablet is to see if there is any custom rom that can take it to 5 or higher. 4.2 is pretty much the "Windows XP" of Android.
