Can't update CH play

Everytime i tried to update CH play it said "A new version of Google play store will be downloaded and installed" but then nothing happen. I have tried to update from apk but it failed too.

Sometime when i open Google play it said "Application is not installed" and i cant open it

Anyone know what happen to my phone?
