Help cant update some apps from play store on my s3

i cant update google maps to the new version i have the 6.14.4 i want to update it to v 7 but when i open the play store and go to google maps it says open / unistall there is no update clean master app also do the same i have v 3.6 and i want to update it to 3.7 but i cant i tried to clear data from google play service and play store app but didn`t work

Developers can now release updates in stages. I don't think the maps update is supposed to appear for all people yet.
