Help Can't upload music to my phone (I have a Mac)

SO, I've tried Doubletwist and Salling Media Sync & have no idea what to do next. I guess email myself? Lol. So I have no idea what to do next. I really just want to go out for a jog & listen to my music & can't. How frustrating. Please help me


(My Mac won't recognize my phone & I don't know what USB Connection to use)

Have you tried to take the microSD card out and just putting the music on it?

You said you don't know which USB mode to put it in. You can put it in USB Mass Storage mode or something similar to that and manually drag music onto it. I believe that's what I did back when I was using a Devour.
