cant upload photos to gumtree site

Cant load photos to my ads on gumtree, something i used to be able to do
Problem 1 - when i go to gallery, just get a list of numbers under 'file images', thus cant see which photos to load
Prob 2 -if i guess/choose a number in list will not load, continuous buffering symbol, this is next to a ! In a circle.
Any help appreciated as i have no computer, and dont want to buy another phone

I assume you tried re-starting the phone.

Have you tried using a file manager? You can get them from the Play Store.

Once you have one installed, when you go to attach pictures, you should be prompted to use either the gallery or the file manager. Select the file manager and go to /DCIM/camera to find your pictures. I use a free file manager called File Manager and this shows (very small) thumbnails.

If that doesn't work - or you prefer not do do that - you could back everything up and do a factory reset, see if that helps.
