Can't Upload Video Instagram on Pixel

It's all in the title. I haven't been able to upload a video to Instagram on my Pixel. I've had it for about a month and I haven't been able to upload one. I've tried deleting cached data, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. Anyone with pixel having this problem or know of a solution?

The problem isn't with video file on Pixel. I've even sent a video captured with my S5 via Bluetooth to my Pixel and tried to upload that file and still couldn't upload it from my Pixel. I was able to upload a video taken from my Pixel sent to my S5 so it has to be something with the Pixel phone talking to the Instagram app right?

It works for me eventually..... Usually. At first I thought it was because I had a 32gb pixel. But now I have 128. Plenty of room to download every video to send to if. I think it's something to do with the free full quality image storage on Google drive that comes with the phone because my pixel seems to automatically just out everything on my drive and then download it when I want to see it, especially video. Lately I can't get videos to post at all or it takes 30 minutes someone please help.

I had this same problem until I tried sharing the video from my gallery versus the Instagram app. My guess is that the file is automatically condensed when sharing via Google versus directly to Instagram.
