Can't use Android Market online...AT&T blocking?

I am unable to download any apps from the online version of the market. It says the app is not compatible with my phone. However, I am sure it is compatible because I can go in through my phone and get it. Is this AT&T blocking, thinking I am downloading from a 3rd party?

I think AT&T blocks all app downloads from the browser, unless they have changed something. I have seen topics on ways to get around that but I don't know the process as I use a different carrier

I have not had any issue installing apps from the online market to my Inspire (ATT).
