I have an HTC MT4G and I cannot access any directories (except root and directories starting with a period - ie .android_secure, .data, etc.) when I connect the phone to my pc.
The phone used to ask me to select which type of connection I wanted, but doesn't anymore. Disk drive connection is listed as the default.
I tried two different USB cables, turning the phone off and on, taking out & replacing sd card to no avail.
Tried Restarting, removing battery, removing SD card, removing SIM card.
Running 2.2.1, waiting for theOTA upgarde.
Have had ES File Manager for longer than this problem.
Have Advanced Task Killer running also. Recently changed some settings in there.... Should I remove the app?
What about USB Debugging? Should it be on or off?
Any suggestions?
