Help Can't Write on my Tablet Storage

Hi guys
I recently bought a new Android Tablet (CIGE A5510 it is made in China, could be good or bad )
anyway i have been facing a problem, i cant write on my phone storage... if i try to create a new folder on my phone storage, it tells me some file operations failed. if i copy any new file from the Laptop to my Phone storage or from the SD card to my phone storage, it tells me on the laptop that the device has stopped working.
i also can't downloaded some apps from the appstore, it just doesn't accept anything new to be written.
my device is rooted then unrooted.

I tried doing so but it didnt help at all. it solved the problem for like minutes and i only copied like... 10 GB on my tablet (it has 64GB Storage) but then it returned back to normal

yea it worked well on my PC i can transfer files normally and without any errors

the problem isn't with the SD card. its in the phone storage. the storage of the tablet and not the sd card.
