CAPS lock

Has anyone figured out how to perform a CAPS lock on the Google Pixel? On my old phone, I would hit SHIFT twice but that is not working.

I am using the GBOARD that google had me download.

Tapping the Shift button twice works for me - but it's got to be a pretty quick double-tap.

Thanks for your tip on bringing up caps lock!!I

I do not see how that is an improvement over the old way of simply tapping twice (but not necessarily rapidly) on the up arrow. Leave it to the coders to change things that work perfectly well!
