Two quick questions. Is the service with Virgin Mobile really that bad, and 2. can I get it to work with a Samsung Captivate(one of the Samsung Galaxy S phones).

Probably not. Unless you change the ESN (which i think changing the ESN is kind of illegal, i read in another topic)
