Help Capture and QuickMemo question LG Phoenix2

Hi all,
I am able to get a screen capture using the shortcut buttons (power and down volume) but if I try to use the capture function from the pull down bar, it will bring up QuickMemo instead, almost like the path was changed for it. I'm pretty sure my toddler did this while playing with my phone and I cannot get it figured out.

The Android Quick Settings panel is editable. In the upper right of this panel you have the option of "Edit". There you can add "Capture +" instead of "Quick Memo".

The capture icon is there in the pull down bar. I've tried taking it out and putting it back in but it's like the path has been changed and pulls up quickmemo instread. The only thing I can think to do is restore the phone but I really don't want to do that if I don't have too.

Maybe "QuickMemo" is set as the default application for the screenshot. You can go to "Configuration" >> "Device" >> "Applications" >> "Default applications" and check if you can solve your problem from here.
