I am new at developing apps for android and right now I am working on an app that can capture the content from a notification from a specific app. I have absolutely no idea how to do this and I have searched so many places to get an idea of how notifications work, including this forum. Maybe it is just me and there is a thread somewhere describing this, but I haven't been able to find it.
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
