Car communication trouble

My old phone (note 4) worked fine in my car when I said the name of who I was calling. My S8 plus gets it wrong every time and I have to manually dial. How can I fix this?

Try your car settings. My miss an has this dumb thing if I driving and I get a text it automatically send a texts saying 'I'm driving, sent from my phone' I found a bunch of other features and settings

There was a setting in the car where I could upload contacts from my phone again and that took care of it. Thanks!
