Car system radio application

Hi all,

I bought a head unit for my car (Adayo 4.1).
I'm not too fond of the radio application it has and I was wondering if I could install a different one.
I tried looking for a different app in play store but found nothing.
Is it possible at all or am I bound to the radio application the unit came with?
