Card Readers?

I have several micro sd cards and the one thing I find is that they are difficult to read in a card reader. Does anyone else find that?

I admit I am not using any really expensive card readers. Would this make a difference?
The reader simply doesn't seem to be able to pick up the small contacts on the card reader or something.

I've never had such a problem with any of my card readers or adapters, none of which are terribly expensive.

Never had a problem either... Even with the user cheap ones I buy from poundland
