Carrier IQ detected on Note 4 (AT&T)

IQ Agent Service (Carrier IQ - the spyware) , was pre-installed on my AT&T Note 4. How of you guys out there have the same spyware pre-installed by your Carrier or Samsung?

I have the Note Edge on T-Mobile,no Carrier IQ Detected.
I realize it isn't the exact same phone,but,there it is.............

I have an AT&T Note 4 and do not have it. The last time I saw it was on my LG G2.
