Carrier Unlock, if buy direct from Samsung

bought my note8 from Samsung. Paid it Off, on Tmobile network for 30 days.
When call Tmobile to get it unlock, they tell me to call Samsung. Call Samsung, they tell me to call Tmobile.
3 way calling with them both, but none want to unlock the phone.
Finally solution is i have to Tweet the Tmobile help. YES. TWEET. the problem was resolve in 2 days.
