Cash Drawer Not Opening in android sunmi device

Hi,
Iam using sunmi t2, printing is happening successfully in sunmi device, when i want to open the cashbox, iam unable to so that (Iam using thirdparty cashdrawer), iam using SunmiPrintHelper.getInstance().openCashBox(); for that, even though cashdrawer is not opening.
