Casio Commando LNT issues

Hello, I manage the cell phones for my company. Also administer Lotus notes traveler(LNT). I have had no issues with any phones. I have obtained the Commando which would be best fit for our enviroment. The phone worked great and didnt ask for a password until I installed LNT. Now it requires a 8 digit pw with 1 letter and 1 symbol. I have multiple devices running LNT and have not encountered this. I have gone in the settings and disabled security but it does not change. Any advice is suggested. thanks for your help.

Having the same issue in our Domain, all other Android devices work fine but the Casio requires the LNT password to unlock the device. I think this might have to do with the Device Administrator conflicting with the Traveler Device Admin that's installed but can't seem to figure out a work around.
