Help Caution: Moto 360 Cracks

I was watching YouTube to see if people had posted videos of great watch bands. I watched the following video and a few people have commented at the bottom that they have already cracked their Moto 360. They claim it's due to the weight of using a rigid metal watchband that's not made by Motorola. Sucks to keep waiting for a band but I don't want to crack my watch. If you put on a metal band check your watch for cracks.

Too bad. I was planning on getting a super engineer steel third party bracelet, but this is a damper. I guess I'll just wait for the official Motorola steel bracelet.

Highly doubt it. I've had a metal band on mine for about 2 weeks and there's no problems. And if it would crack because of a metal band then Motorola would not be releasing metal bands for purchase in November, as they have announced.

Did you not read the "rigid metal band" statement? Not every metal band is rigid for one. Maybe Motorola knew they had to sell a light metal band and that's why they didn't offer the metal bands with the release of the watch.

If an iPhone can bend a smartwatch can crack if you do not utilize a metal band of the watch was designed for. I'm just saying don't knock 3 other people who have experienced this with their watch. To top things off Motorola even said you have to watch the band you use because it could interfere with the reception of the watch.
