phone got dropped and broken screen want too check if the videos and pictures are still viewable and not corrupted can you give me some advice please

hello and welcome to the forums i see you having a problem with a device would like to know what kind of device it is. and you want to check the items on a device with a cracked screen ,i take it these items are on the sd card. well you may want to check these items on the pc/laptop with a sd adapter. cause you may hit the wrong thing and all photos and other contents will be lost. being that the screen is cracked you are limited with options. but what kind of device are we talking about, you may need to update drivers.:smokingsomb:
