CDMA and GSM Phones

I'm on verizon but I want to travel and switch sims. which phones support both protocols? Thanks for any responses.

I believe there are Verizon "world phones" that can do both.

I'm on Sprint, so that could be way off

Yes, Verizon does offer a few "World Phones". And if your account is in good standing they will be happy to give you the SIM unlock code so you can pop any SIM in there you want; well maybe not an AT&T or T-Mobile one, lol.

I have the Engineering Motorola A4500 Napoleon that was built for VZW which has both CDMA and GSM radios in it, used it in Israel in 2011 with an Orange Big Talk SIM card, no problems.
