CDMA Netflix Tether SNAFU?

(I don't think this is specific phone related.)

I tether with the native app and Ultimate user agent sniffer thang w/Chrome on my Laptop. I can watch NF fine on the laptop with my usual Wifi. I also have the user agent switcher on "Tether" but tried it also on Android, Chrome, etc; and it did the same. *When I ht the play button on NF at the title page it just shoots me to the Minimum System Requirement page for Netflix.* Obviously, I KNOW the laptop is fine for Netflix and I have a strong enough data signal.

What's the problem here?

just wrong agent I tend to use the ie 8 or 9 google bot works as well

Thanks D2 IE9 worked for me too.

I sure thought I'd tried that, I did try another couple user agents than just Tether and couldn't get past the minimum requirements page.


I should have taken the fact that I could tether everything else And watch Netflocks on the phone as a hint and worked the user agent selection better.
