So far, as I have tinkered with this phone, begging it to brick, I got lucky with the first Rom I ever flashed in it...
Smooth Criminal v2.3.... It uses buttered toast kernal. Its android 4.0.3
I use wifi tether root users 3.2-beta2-modv5***Synergized***.
This only seems to work on this rom so far as i have tried Viper and InbREDed roms with no luck with this specific version of tether.
Settings:
Device-evo3d
setup method-softap
only checked following items-
wifi driver reload
routing fix
This is working flawlessly for me.. Im still on the hunt for a working version for the other roms mentioned above.
