Help Cell bands on the unlocked version ?

Thinking of switching from iPhone 6+ to Android. Does the Note 9 unlocked version have dual band so I can move back and forth from GSM to CDMA?

AFAIK Snapdragon variant Note 9s can be used on both GSM and CDMA networks. Exynos variant devices can only be used on GSM networks. However Samsung only distributes Snapdragon Note 9s in China, US and Japan, as those are the countries that have CDMA carriers, e.g. China Telecom in China, Verizon and Sprint in the US.
