Help Cell phone, tablet infomercials?

I noticed something when I'm lounging around in Android forums, I rarely see cell phones or tablet infomercials. Is it just me that feels that a site such as this should be a Hub for the many Android products out there? And to consider, the thousands of hits this site gets daily, I think this forum is the perfect place for cell phone and tablet manufacturers to push their products and have infomercials available for those products. I gratefully respect and understand this is a forum where people come and share their experiences about different products, preferably Android and ask or post questions about problems or issues they're having with their Android devices. But in hindsight I also feel that there should be tons of information connected to each Android product that's displayed in this forum with, deals and etc connected with it if any were available, especially around holidays and Christmas?:thinking: Merry Christmas Everyone and Happy New Years......:D

I see advertising in this forum all the time just not about cell phones and tablets would you like for me to give you some screenshots to prove that?

I don't know how the advertising algorithms are set up with regard to cell phone/tablet ads.

Are you interested in cell phone/tablet manufacturers joining as members and then pushing their products? If so, I don't think we'd support that, it's just an invite for spam. :o

Believe it or not I see plenty of spam in this site also would you want some screenshots of that too?
 
Hey it was just an idea about cell phone and tablet advertisement and as I can recollect ideas never killed nobody.

Oh I know, I'm not knocking your idea ;) I understand where you're coming from.
Like I said, I don't know what determines what types of ads are shown here. Akin to seeing ads over at the XDA site where it seems like I see ads for stuff I searched on the internet for :p
 
I also don't see any adverts on this forum using Chrome, combined with Adguard.
Not yet vip....
Personally, as I stated earlier, less is more... Nuff said.
