Cell phone Won't charge

LG Optimus G won't charge. You can't take the battery out of this phone. The charger works fine. I believe it maybe something either with the connection or it's possible a small amount of sand got into it as I was at the beach yesterday. The problem is definitely the phone. Any suggestions?

If you think a little sand got into it at the beach, then it is probably broken for sure. Have you tried another charger? Too bad it has a non-replaceable battery. I personally never like to use that port for charging when there's so much hacking that might be done, lol.
