I have an alcatel one touch pixi glitz model A463BG software version 4.4.2 The problem i have is
i can not make or receive calls or send or receive texts when i try to make a call it says sim is turned off and it is in airplane mode but the airplane mode is shut off When I look at the phone status it says the phone number is unknown and the service state is radio off I have tried putting in new sim card and there was no change I have removed battery and sim card many times and no change I have seen information that suggests the cell radio has shut off how or why I don't know. Any suggestions?
