cell switching off constantly

[Android Question]

Cell is switching off after every 2 minutes . It is fully charged still it gets switch off and it fails to restart as well
Cell is micromax Andy A 27

It sounds like a bad battery to me. If the battery is removable, then you will want to get another battery to see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, then I'm afraid the charging circuits in the phone are bad and repair is in order.

A factory reset might help, but it sounds like you don't have enough power to do one. Try another battery first and have the charging circuits checked. I hope this helps.
