Help Certain videos will not play on my device

Every other video I have ever bought plays fine. However, recently I purchased some HD movies, but those won't play. Do HD videos have to be converted to play? If so, what can I use to do that? Thanks.:confused::confused::confused:
 
As far as I know there isn't any need to convert :)

Maybe you'll need a video player that can play more formats, like MX Player with settings on s/w decoding.
