Change Android Compatibility to PC Emulator

Guys, I'm trying to change the compatibility options for installing an APK and would like to know how I do it.

I have an APK and I can only install on android phone, already on an emulated android on PC says it is incompatible. Then I wanted to know how to change the permission to be able to install on both.

If possible inform the script or command used thank you.

Sim possível sim, a maioria dos aplicativos funciona nos dois, apenas alguns que não funcionam devido a alguma restrição.
