Change calendar

When I set an appointment on Google's calendar, I can set a specific calendar (home, business, etc.). After I set the appointment, I can go to the web site to change the specific calendar, but I can't change it on my Droid X, though I can change everything else.

Is there a calendar app that would allow me to change that aspect also?

Calengoo will let you do that. It is not free but it is the best calendar I have found. I've been using it for a long time now and just love it.
