Change cursor

How do I change the PC cursor? It's too hard to see a white arrow against an often white background, especially with glare. Maybe neon pink would work?

You may have to download a theme from Microsoft on to your PC, which will have a cursor that you like.

OK, for now I have a big black arrow leaving its magical trail of fairy dust as it goes. I'm not sure how helpful it really is because I haven't used it in a really glary situation. It does seem to be something of an improvenent.
