change dock icons in launcher pro

My question might seem stupid, but I hope I can get help here.
I started using launcher pro, but I don't like the default dock icons.
I want to change them to the standard icons of the default launcher, but when I try changing the icons I can only get icons from the gallery.
how can I get the standard icons (or even other icons) to apear in the gallery?

download some icon sets from the web and put them on your phone. they should populate in your gallery.

You need to select "change shortcut/Applications" instead of "change icon". After you reselect the app, it will offer you the option of using the default icon or a different one.
