change dockbar icons

just started working with the epic and was wondering how to change the dockbar icons? it still has the touchwiz launcher, havetn changed to adw or anything like that. i was wanting to change a couple of the standard 4 icons on the dockbar, but cant figure out how to do so... any help would be appreciated.

To change which apps are on the dock bar go into the app drawer, press menu, edit, press and hold your desired app and drag to the dock
