Apps change hboot? htc evo

I need to go back to stock hboot, not the revised hboot that i put it in before i root.

how do i go back to just a stock hboot, the one i had when i got the phone.

please redirect me if this has been answered, also if anyone knows the download link that i need to change the hboot back, and could maybe give me the few simple directions how to do it after i download the stock hboot file, i can't exactly remember how to do it

I would LOVE to have this answered. I want to try out Cyanogen's custom ROMs with FroYo but the damn hboot version is causing the flashing to fail.
