Change MAC address on Andoid Tablet

Hi guys I am new to this forum and could use some help. The reason I am asking for help is that My wife as a Fusion5 Tablet that keeps changing the MAC address every time she switches it on and off, it appears that the first six digits stay the same but the last six change!
I know that most MAC addresses are unique and always remain the same but some have 00:08:22 or 00:09:22 which makes it change the address.
The Model is Fusion 5 _W104 (32gb) Android 5.1 Kernel Version 3.10.72 Wed Sep 21 11:59:35 CST 2016
Build No Fusion 5_W10L1.2_OS51_UK_20160923_V5 Custom Build Version ALPS.L1.MP8.V1_PSKYED8163.E
I have tried Android Emulator app from Google play store and it keeps coming up with the error message that the tablet is not rooted, so I tried a couple of rooting apps but both came up with the message that the tablet cannot be rooted at this time.
I am open to any suggestions that may be able to help me correct the Mac address issue we are having with this device

The changing MAC address, I believe it's actually a feature, rather than an issue or bug.

If MAC address randomization can be disabled, possibly not, not without hacking and modifying the tablet's firmware. Anyone else know for sure?
It's not just Android, because I believe iOS, Windows and Mscs all do WiFi MAC address randomization now.

Thanks for the feedback guys it's much appreciated and I can see now why it is difficult to root the device but will keep looking into it
