change MAC in phone without Rooting

[Android Question]

Hi I am using Samsung Galaxy S3..In my office I am unable to use Wifi cos they have filtered/Blocked my MAC address(android Phone)... So I wanna know s there any APP for changing the MAC address without ROOTING...
my colleague said there is an APP which changes MAC and when u restart ur Phone ORIGINAL MAC ID will be restored...
Can someone gimme a solution plsssss :'(
