Change Photo Default Save Location On Jelly Bean 4.1

How can I change the default location where my photos and videos are saved so I can change it to SD Card? My system version is 4.1 (Jelly Bean)
 
Its going to depend more on your phone than the version number.

Manufacturers can change the stock version of android drastically before it makes it on the device
