So I want to change the startup animation and especially the sound.
My phone is as it is when I got it considering rooting and I don't think it's rooted. But I'm using Root Explorer and a usb data cable to transfer the sounds in.
I want to know if I have to get it rooted even with Root Explorer and also will normal .jpg's work as the background images in part0 and part1 folder because when I look at it they are .lz files. Thanks!
