i want to swap phones with my husband he has the samsung s3 and i have galaxy frame if we change sims will all the data just swap to each others phone

The only thing that will swap will be your telephone numbers.
Your contacts, apps etc will still be on the old phone and likewise for him. You'd need to link your new phone to your gmail account to be able to download your installed apps and your contacts etc again.
