Changed Batteries now NO apps work

I swapped out my battery the other day and it seemed to have 'reset' my phone. Now, none of my apps work, they won't even load. Anyone familiar with this, or know how to fix it?

I have an HTC Droid Incredible.

I'd try turning it off and removing the battery a few minutes, then putting in the battery you had before the problem started and seeing if it works again. If that doesn't help, a factory reset might be the next step. If that doesn't help, take it back to the place you bought it - it might have been damaged by a static discharge.

Just changing batteries should not do that.
I carry spares and swap them all the time.
