I am looking for an app with that I can shift the balance of the phones output (or a mediaplayer) from right to left. But, this alone would be easy: What I need is an app in that I can enter a certain frequency for the balance to shift. For example 1 sec left, then 1 sec right, 1 left, 1 right etc.
If there is no such app existing - would it be hard to program one? if not (and i guess it is not) could u maybe post some tutorials or the like on how to build for example an equalizer (or a balance control device/app)?
