Changing cursor Colour

I have a Bluetooth keyboard with a track/touch pad which I am using with a Android 5,1 tablet. The trackpad utilises an on screen cursor which is black with a white outline - is it possible to change the colour of the cursor for example to white with a black outline? (perhaps a setting/extension or app could do this?)

I'm sure there is an app for that I've just never used it.
