Changing each of the 7 Eris home screens

Does anybody know how to change - individually - each of the 7 home screens on Eris? I've used my own picture, but it spreads the picture out over all 7...I want to be able to use a different picture as a background on each screen. Any suggestions?

I know, I have the Hero and how unfortunate it is that Android doesn't do this cool thing. As you noticed, Android 1.5 uses a single background which it spreads across all the screens whether you have 3 as in native Android or 7 as the Sense UI has. I even tried to splice together a couple of smaller images, but all that did was partially show either image as I was sliding through the 7 homescreens.

Anyway, I just use a pitch black background now since I want to save as much battery life as possible thinking it might since it doesn't have illuminate all the screen pixels in between the icons and widgets. Its probably not much battery savings, but every little bit helps.

From what I'm told and seen there is a way to do this from using pandahome but I'm still looking for the same thing sorrry I can't help

UPDATE!

In another thread, someone said to try an app called 'Wallpaper Plus' ($2) from the market. I tried an older version of it on the android SDK emulator which is running Pandahome and it worked, but I have not tried it on the Sense UI on my Hero because I prefer a black background since it makes the icons and widgets stand out better and not blend into to background.
