changing email notification sounds?

Anyone know how to change the email notification sound to something OTHER then what comes with the phone? I have the old "You Got Mail" from AOL and I want that to be played when I receive email from my google account..

I don't know which email app you are using (Gmail or the Samsung Email app) but all you need to do is go into the apps settings and you will see a option to change the notification sound. If you're using Gmail you can have a different sound for each account.

I understand that, however like I mentioned in my first post i would like to add a notification sound of my own..

create a folder on your SD card called /notifications

Put it in there. whatever you put in there appears with the list of built in notifications. You can also create /ringtones, /alarms etc etc. Same as any other android phone.
