I've been searching on this for a while and can't find the exact solution I'm looking for, so I'll do the best to describe and hopefully someone knows what to do
I have a Note 4 and am running Gmail as my mail app. Recently switched from S Calendar to the Google Calendar app. I've shut off all notifications etc from S Calendar so it's fully hidden. However, whenever I receive a calendar invite from someone in Gmail and I choose my response, it opens up in S Calendar instead of Google Calendar. I can view the invite in my Calendar app if I click the .ics file, but I don't have the option to choose a response.
I've checked all defaults (Gmail, S Calendar, Google Calendar) in the phone, and there is nothing preset from what I can see to make this happen (or alternatively, there's nothing I can find to set so that when clicking a response it defaults to Google Calendar). Has anyone else worked through this and figured it out, or is it just a "leave it as is" issue? There are no issues with syncing to google calendar and it immediately shows up there; it's just frustrating to be having 2 different calendar apps opening depending on what I press.
